Hi! I'm Pam, and I live in South Shore Massachusetts with my husband, our 3 sons, 2 dogs, a cat, and a bearded dragon. Our house is a busy, at times messy, one, but it's home and I wouldn't change it for anything.
I love working out, and sharing my workouts with others. I am also very interested in the role that nutrition plays in my life. Not just in sports performance, but also in day to day life. I eat a mainly plant based diet, and like to find ways to "veg up" popular meat-based dishes.
"She runs this life" was born from the notion that I am in control of my health, both emotionally and physically. We have this one life, and I am looking to become the best version of myself that I can. While that does include running for me, "she runs this life" is not just running. It's making deliberate decisions, and owning your choices in life. It's about being in control of your life, and not letting outside forces (social media, your neighbor, the number on the scale) control your mental and physical well-being.
